1965 or 1980 with lip x 765mm

A reclaimed style Victorian modern door. 
The door is VERY HEAVY, it seems as though it has hardcore material within the door
The door has a lip at the bottom of which it was the way it was crafted when fitted.
So i have given two measurements with and without the lip.
The dimensions of the door is as follows,

1965mm = Height of the door FRONT side WITHOUT LIP
1980mm = Height of the door REVERSE side INCLUDING LIP
765mm = Width
48mm = Thickness
